Sussex Energy Group – Nuclear Power Debate 10th March 2008

The Sussex Energy Group, a leading energy policy research group based at Sussex University, is holding a public debate at the Flett Theatre, Natural History Museum between 2 – 4pm on the 10th March 2008. The title of the debate is ‘Does the UK need new nuclear power? and the event is part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science.

We have a broad range of attendees, drawn from industry, the media, finance, academia and the public with a special emphasis on young people from local schools and colleges. A ‘Question Time’ format will be used.

 The debate is open to all, please feel free to post and questions on the debate or the topic of nuclear energy.
