SEG has launched a series of regular Policy Briefs. These professionally produced briefing notes will highlight policy relevant findings from broader SEG research. Policy Briefs will target key decision-makers and advisers to whom SEG research findings are of relevance. The series begins with two Policy Briefs focusing on Government’s case for building new nuclear power stations.
They focus individually on energy security and the economics of new nuclear and come at a crucial time in terms of informing Government decision-making in this area. Candidate subjects for future briefs include the Climate Change Bill, the rebound effect, UK energy innovation and biofuels.
